The colour effect can be done many way...
If you reserch back 1970's to 80's....a lot professional use HOYA filter to enchance their scenary shots from soft to colour.
When the world have photoshop, photographer can safe cost buy those expensive filter by using computer generate filter.....what's the different ?
This is the same teory of every model who make-up for photoshot, the the portrait photographer claim his shots no edit, original portrait with smooth face, beautiful skin tone.
By logis.....that model actually have been MANUAL PHOTOSHOP using those quality make-up item which produce their features nice, smooth skin tone,better a lot than before make-up !
What's the different between no make-up then done at computer later ?
Many malaysian photographer who claim they are professional always confuse this matter and they wasted their time debate and concern about edit and no-edit issue.......so, they will be lefted behind and keep on argue/jelousy others results....lol
That's why we only have normal quality local movies too....
Even great movies all concern double skills which first skills is good original shots then blend with second skills, manupulating the effect.
Both are a package in photography if you want goes higher level.
A chef who know how to cook....must also learn art of display to enchance his food if he want deal in International level.
All is a bout package of skills.
Original no touch anything shots is a must for those who work as REPORTER...because everything is for reporting/news.
Many malaysian photographer still ' naif ' in this angel.
